In this 45 minute video we're exposed to a presentation by Greg Greene who begins by explaining what CRM is and does, and how it differs, for example from a CMS (content management system).

Our guess is that the focus on the presentation tends towards e-commerce and web sites, and political action groups, since that's Mr. Greene's background, but it's useful for anyone interested in exploring basic ideas regarding managing customer relationships.
